Natalie Grant just released her eighth studio album Hurricane, back in October and is celebrating her best first week in her near 16 year music career.

A crossover artist, Grant debuted at #17 on the Billboard Top 200 charts and #1 on the Billboard Christian charts. The titular, first single Hurricane soared to #1 after being released on iTunes back in May.

"This record is full of music that is positive and bright, both musically and lyrically, which is almost the antitheses to how I have felt for the last few years, but it is the result of hope and faith," Grant reveals. "Even when everything seems dark, my faith keeps the light on. I feel these songs help me to tell that truth in a fresh way."

The Grammy-award winner is rumored to release her next single as a duet with mega-recording artist and Rascal Flatts lead singer, Gary LeVox.
