'Nashville' Season 2 Finale Synopsis: Which Character Bites the Bullet in Next Week's Climax Episode "Tomorrow Never Comes"? [Trailer]
With the Nashville Season 2 finale less than a week away, fans should prepare themselves for one of the characters to say goodbye to Music City forever.
Thanks to Layla, the jig is up for Juliette and her scandalous affair with radio-billionaire Charlie Wentworth. In the trailer promo it looks like Barnes is met with a lot of backlash from the media and her teenage-girl fan base. Scheduled as the headliner of the mayor's music festival, Juliette is seen booed off stage.
Back in the business world Rayna confronts Jeff after rumors spread about Edgehill wanting to release her new album with the original, awful artwork.
Also expect some drama inside the love-square after Scarlett discovers her ex-boyfriend Gunnar's secret relationship with her soon-to-be ex-best friend Zoey. How will Avery react to Scarlett's jealousy and betrayal.
With all the other storylines aside, fans are really waiting to see who gets killed off in the Season 2 finale. At the end of the trailer promo you can hear what sounds like Juliette crying after a gunshot is fired. Who could it be?
Here's the official synopsis from ABC. See if you can decipher which character will bite the bullet.
"Juliette is the main act at Teddy's first annual Music City Festival, but the blowback by the fans and press over the Wentworths throws her for a loop and drags down the event. She demands that Glenn find out who leaked career-killing gossip to the tabloids so she can get ahead of the bad press by calling them out. Rayna is determined to buy herself out of her Edgehill contract once and for all, even though Tandy and Luke counsel otherwise. Should she risk all her assets on Highway 65? Deacon and Gunnar find themselves marginalized at the Festival and team up to to put on an unauthorized show, and Scarlett is freezing out Zoey and Gunnar but drawing closer to Avery. However, by evening's end, someone from the world of Nashville will be gone forever."
Nashville Season 2 airs Wednesday at 10/9c on ABC.
