Nashville Episode 19, "Why Don't You Love Me" airs Wednesday night on ABC at 10/9c. After ending Episode 18 with a long-awaited sex scene between Rayna and Deacon, Episode 19 will have some big shoes to fill in the drama department.

Regardless of critical success and a great cast of characters, ABC's Nashville hasn't had the best ratings. In fact since the mid-season break, ratings have been in decline. Should the decline in the ratings worry fans that Nashville might not be renewed for Season 2?

In tonight's episode country legend Rayna James (Connie Britton) and rising star Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere) are both up for the same CMA award, "Female Vocalist of the Year." Edgehill, the label that represents James and Barnes, is throwing a party to honor their artists' success. Always out to steal Rayna's thunder, Barnes probably won't be too happy to share the spotlight with anyone else, especially a singer who her mom listened to as a kid.

Juliett still has to deal with being taken advantage of by her mom's former rehab sponsor, who stole upwards to half a million dollars from Barnes in the process.

Mayor Teddy will most likely end his relationship with the loyal, yet conniving Maddie, who leaked information about Rayna and Deacon's romantic history to tabloids, ultimately leading to his divorce with the Shania Twain-based character.

Probably one of the edgier storylines to recently develop in ABC's Nashville is the ever-changing relationship between Gunnar and Will. What started as a budding relationship between two compatible, young southern songwriters veered off course when Will mistakenly tried to kiss Gunnar after a few beers. How will the two's relationship change, and how will Scarlett react when she finds out?
