Muslim Man Gives Death Threats to Christians, Then Coverts to Christianity After Jesus Christ Spoke to Him In a Dream 3 Times
Like the Biblical Saul of Tarsus, a Iranian man named Taher had a strong hatred for Christians before accepting Jesus Christ after many years of persecuting them. Taher's abhorrence to the Christian faith reached its boiling point when his wife and their son and daughter all converted from Islam and became Christians.
As a result, his family left him after he savagely attacked them and tried to prohibit them from attending church. He tried to convince them to return to Islam by preaching the Koran to them, but to no avail. Ultimately Taher threatened to kill his entire family with his bare hands if they refused to turn back to Islam, which led to them fleeing for their lives.
When his family left him and Iran behind, Taher passionately read his Koran as he had done for the past 45 years, and cried the following to Allah,
"Please show me your face," said Taher in a report by Open Doors USA.
However, feeling no response, and completely alone, the devout Muslim made a shocking remark in desperation seeking the solution to the problems in his life.
"I will believe in the God who reveals Himself to me," cried out Taher.
He then had a dream where he was greeted by a man he had never seen before on a donkey telling him, "I will clean you from all your sins; you are free. I will give you rest. Believe in me."
"But what will happen if I sin again?" said Taher to the "Man" in his dreams.
"I will clean all your sins," said the "Man" in response to Taher's question.
Then another man in the dream asked the Muslim man: "Do you know the man on the donkey?"
"No, I don't," replied Taher.
Then the second man gave him a startling revelation.
"He is Jesus Christ," said the second man. "He cleans your sins."
Taher was confused about the first dream until he received the same exact dream two more times each time he fell asleep. The dreams shook his faith and changed him, and he came to realize that Jesus was his savior. He ended up going to the very same church that he had banned his family from attending.
"I want to pray, go to church and give my life to Christ but I don't know how," said Taher to one of the church leaders. "I saw Jesus in a dream, I saw his face!"
Like Apostle Paul's conversion to Christianity, churchgoers were originally hesitant and skeptical about Taher's newfound faith. However, people began to see the change in the man who previously persecuted them and welcomed him into the church with open hands.
Taher has now reunited with his entire family overseas, where they can praise and worship Jesus without fear of persecution. Taher also realized that his family was praying for him the entire time to accept Christ into his heart before the transformation took place in his life.
