Motorola Moto G Review: Is This Phone the New Trend for Low Budget Smart Phones?

The low-priced smart phone market is generally boring and clunky, which makes sense when you consider the price and target demographic. People who purchase low-end smartphones usually just want a device to make calls and texts with that doesn't have all of the expensive bells and whistles of an iPhone or Galaxy S4. The new Motorola Moto G is shaking up the economy priced phone market with its fast processor and 4.5 inch screen for only $179 off contract.

All of the Motorola Moto G's competitors are either priced just slightly out of the range of the target demographic, or they are much cheaper and therefore much lower quality phones. The reasoning behind the pricing of the Moto G is you can spend what you would for a top-end device on contract, but the Moto G is unlocked and contract free.

The only real concern that critics have with the device is that the camera will not be of very high quality. Also, you cannot get LTE service on the Moto G.
