Mojang 'Minecraft' News: Mojang Announces Minecraft Windows 10 Beta

For those people who play Minecraft regularly, there is some good news. Ahead of the launch of Microsoft's upcoming Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft has announced that they will be releasing a version of Minecraft for Windows 10.

The company has called the new version of the game, Minecraft: Windows Edition Beta.

The game will offer the same mechanics as the previous versions, but there will be some changes as well.

Like all versions of Minecraft, the game will offer two distinct modes: creative and survival.

Players will be able to create, craft and explore online with up to seven friends playing Windows 10 Edition Beta, through local multiplayer mode, or using Xbox Live to play with their friends online.

Players will also be able to play online with Pocket Edition players, thanks to a free update, which will arrive soon after the game is launched.

There will also be several control schemes. Gamers can switch between their controllers, touch mode and their keyboard controls with almost no effort.

They will also be able to record and share gameplay highlights with a built in GameDVR.

Players will also be able to contribute to the future of the game, with a built in player feedback mechanism.

The game will also feature chickens, zombies, pigs, boats, armed skeletons, zombies, baby squids, potatoes, enchantment tablets, villagers, naked sheep, iron golems, potions, ghasts, pickaxes, carrots and all of the other wonderful features that minecraft players have come to expect.

Minecraft has around twenty million users on PC and they can download the new version of the game from the Windows 10 store for free.
