Miss Kirk Franklin On The Season 2 Premiere of "The American Bible Challenege" on GSN?

Season 2 of The American Bible Challenge premiered tonight on the Game Show Network.

Jeff Foxworthy is back as the host and had a great charisma and interaction between the contestants.  Kirk Franklin had a talented gospel choir who was jamming in and out of commercial breaks.  They had advertised Franklin as a ho-host, so I was expecting more from him but really he just shows up right before and after breaks.  Jeff and Kirk don't interact during the show.

They of course had games with categories such as "Hooray for Holywood" and "Faithbook" but also added some interactive games such as flipping into forks into drinking glasses.

Three teams competed tonight ("Anointed Ink", "Sisters of Mary","The Preachin' Divas") in the premiere episode.   The "Sisters of Mary" won the premiere episode and advanced to the next round and won $20,000 for their charity.

Game Show Network produced by RelativelyREAL for GSN, with Tom Forman and Embassy Row's Michael Davis serving as executive producers.

"The American Bible Challenge" asks is a question and answer show mostly based on the bible's significance and influence in today's life and culture.

This season the contestants will each be choosing a charity to help raise money for as they progress in the competition.  The contestants will also share their own personal testimony throughout the season.

The show will start with 18 3-person teams with three teams appearing in each of the first six episodes. The winning teams from the first six episodes will advance to play in two semi-final games.

On the final night, one team will be named champions of "The American Bible Challenge."
