Tonight, 53 contestants will "grace" the stage and compete for the "prestigious" honor of being crowned Miss America 2014. The pageant is back in Atlantic City [classy] after being held in Las Vegas for the last 7 years. The Bachelor host Chris Harrison will MC tonight's event alongside Good Morning America anchor Lara Spencer.

Tonight's panel of judges include 2004's Miss America, Deidre Downs Gunn, Lance Bass, Amar'e Stoudemire, violinist Joshua Bell, The Chew personality Carla Hall, and comedian Mario Cantone.

Last year's winner and current Miss America Mallory Hytes Hagan will give up her title and crown this year's champ.

In a surprisingly inspiring twist, one of tonight's contestants, Nicole Kelly was born without a left forearm. The Miss Iowa beauty queen isn't letting it stand in her way of becoming the next Miss America. Tonight she'll talk about overcoming disabilities.

Miss Arizona, Jennifer Smestad, has had her own mountains to climb, after being diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome at just 10 years old.

As long as they girls don't exploit their disabilities for sympathy from the judges, the world might actually learn a thing or two [for once] watching tonight's competition.
