Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom Getting Back Together? Strictly Platonic, Son Flynn Top Priority
According to reports, supermodel Miranda Kerr and her former husband, movie star Orlando Bloom, have a well balanced and platonic relationship. The former married couple are parents to their three-year-old son Flynn, and have not stopped communicating since the divorce, in fact, they talk everyday.
"We speak every day. We're really close, we're going to be a family forever and we both really do love each other. We have genuine love and respect for each other. We're very connected and I feel grateful for that," Kerr told the press last May.
Even though the A-list celebrity couple separated in October of last year, they remain friends and focus most of their correspondence around their son, "We created something beautiful together and we both remind ourselves how lucky we are to have that. And yeah, it's good. He's a great dad. I'm lucky. Everyone goes through challenging periods in their life. That's inevitable and it's part of being human," Kerr added.
Despite his parent's break-up, Flynn seems to be a happy child. Recently, he was featured in the July issue of Vogue Australia, and apparently, had a great time doing it, "He loved it. Loved being involved and working with mummy, and the crew fell in love with him. He's such a confident little kid and they have a playful relationship," said Vogue Editor Edwin McCan.
The photo in the magazine shows Flynn standing on a set of cube boxes leaning over to kiss his supermodel mother, Kerr, on the cheek.
In a recent Twitter post, Kerr mentioned that she is proud of her son, and said that Flynn is a "beautiful, happy soul."
