"Green Bay outplayed us," Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said to reporters, "They were more physical than we were. They did a much better job all night."

However, the Vikings finally broke the shutout with Ponder's 6-yard touchdown run on the first play in the fourth quarter. Still, they trailed by a margin 42-7.

"Playing like that, you don't have much to say. It was embarrassing. That's not the way I expected to come out and play," Ponder said after the game.

Buffalo (3-4) on the other hand is looking to spark a win streak when they face-off against the Vikings.

The Bills took home their last game versus the Lions on October 5 after banking a 50-yard attempt off the left upright post in the third quarter.

Carpenter split the goal posts from 58 yards with 4 seconds left for a 17-14 come-from-behind victory over the Lions on Sunday.

"I hit it really good. It was one of those things I really like to not leave opportunities like that short," said Carpenter, "I hit the ball really well, a lot better than I did on the 50-yarder."
