Miley Cyrus Tour 2014 Announced on Saturday Night Live (VIDEO)

Miley Cyrus announces 2014 Tour on live SNL TV stage on NBC. 

She was not scheduled on Saturday Night Live this weekend, but she still made a surprise cameo during the opening monologue declaring, "Just so my fans know, I'll be going on tour."

Host, Edward Norton, was in the middle of his monologue (which are always painful to watch) and out of nowhere Miley Cyrus appears on stage to give him pointers on SNL hosting. 

So she was technically part of the monologue, but clearly just either wanted to make an appearance or was asked to make an appearance and agreed to do it if she could plug her upcoming tour. 

Either way it seemed to work for both SNL and Miley to get people talking (watch the clip below). 

Cyrus then wrote on her twitter page later that night, ""I'm gooooing on tooooooour!! #Bangerz2014Tour."

So it is official that there will be a Miley Cyrus Tour in 2014 to promote her upcoming album but there are not many more details available then that. Her website just says more details coming soon and asks you to sign up for a email newsletter when you click on the tour link.
