Apparently the world's most revered twerker, Miley Cyrus y'all, has a new boyfriend.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer was spotted kissing Benji Madden on Halloween Bootsy Bellows. For those of you that didn't know, that's where the celebs go to trick or treat. Miley was hanging with some girlfriends, including Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Matthew Moshart. She was dressed as Lil' Kim for the evening.

Anyways, after Osbourne left with her soon-to-be hubby, Cyrus decided to keep the fun going by heating things up with Madden and his manager. After only a little small talk the "Wrecking Ball" songstress and Good Charlotte guitarist reportedly shared a little make out session. According to an eye-witness source, the two left Bootsy Bellows together around 1 am.

"They tried to be discreet by sharing a car with some other friends but it was clear they were leaving as a couple."

Man, Benji really gets around. First Paris Hilton, now twerk-tastic Miley?

Wonder what Liam Hemsworth did for Halloween. Maybe he had a quiet night in with actress Eiza Gonzales, whom he's reportedly been seen kissing in public as well.
