I know you guys are ready to see your favorite celebrities participate in tonight's Halloween festivities.

Once again, Miley Cyrus is the talk of the town and for those of you who are dying to know and see just what her costume will be; you need not wait any longer.

The "23" singer is dressing as Lil'Kim and Miley is doing one of Lil Kim's most memorable outfits. Do any of you guys remember the purple outfit Lil' Kim wore at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards?

For those of you who don't, it was a purple jumpsuit that exposed one her breast, which was covered by a pasty.
