Miami Heat vs Indiana Pacers - Game 5 in Miami on TNT (VIDEO)
The NBA Eastern Conference Finals continue tonight in Miami with Game 5. The series is all tied at two games a piece after the Pacers held home court after a tough fought Game 4 in Indiana on Tuesday night.
Not many people gave Indiana a shot in this series, but their lockdown defense has given Miami issues.
Dwyane Wade has had a subpar series while battling with a knee injury. Wade says that he is not sure going into each game how it will feel. He has had a few good scoring bursts and quarters, but overall has been largely ineffective.
Lebron James has ofcourse been the consistent leader of the Heat but in Game 4 had a subpar game and numbers for him, ending up with 24 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Chris Bosh ended up with just 7 points in Game 4 on 1 of 6 shooting, which is clearly not good enough from him.
The Pacers Big 3 of Paul George, David West and Roy Hibbert have had a strong series so far.
The Indiana Pacers will not be intimidated at all going back to Miami for Game 5 as the Pacers split the first two games there and outplayed them for both. The Heat squeaked out Game 1 on a last second layup after being down 1 point.
So the Pacers know that they can win on Miami's court and we will see if they bring the same confidence that they had in Games 1 and 2.
When Hibbert gets going for the Pacers in the paint, no one can stop him, so the Pacers need to pound the ball inside and use his size. Hibbert went for 23 points and 12 rebounds in Game 4.
The Miami bench has not been effective in this series so far besides a good Game 3 from Chris "Birdman" Anderson and Indiana's best bench player by far has been Lance Stephenson. His explosiveness and ability to get in the paint have caused huge problems for the Heat when he his out there.
Who do you think will win Game 5 tonight?
