Mexico vs Portugal Live Stream Free: How to Watch FIFA World Cup 2014 Friendly Game Online (Schedule)

Mexico will face off against Portugal on Friday night at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

The game starts at 8:30 p.m. ET on Friday and can be watched online through free live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).

Mexico looks to beat Portugal in an exhibition match before the 2014 World Cup begins next week. So far, Mexico has never won the prestigious FIFA World Cup, only going as far as reaching the Quarter-Finals two times back in 1970 and again in 1986. Mexico was recently defeated by Bosnia and Herzegovina by a score of 1-0 on June 3, and they appear far from a side that is likely to seriously compete for the title this month.

Portugal is looking to make a positive impression on June 6 when they battle Mexico. Portugal hasn't had the greatest success in FIFA World Cup history, but the team is looking to change the books in the upcoming World Cup tournament.

Portugal superstar athlete Cristiano Ronaldo went on social media this week, before taking the trip to America along with his fellow countrymen, to talk about the importance for playing in the FIFA World Cup this year.

"A team representing a country! #ForçaPortugal," wrote Ronaldo via Twitter on June 2, when he posted a picture of himself and the rest of the Portugal national team taking a selfie with Portugal's President Aníbal Cavaco Silva.

The 2014 FIFA World Cup commences on Thursday, June 12, 2014 in Brazil.

The game will begin at 8:30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ESPN 2 and the UniMás network or online through live stream by clicking here.
