Here's a collection of spoilers for the final season of "How I Met Your Mother." Here's everything we know so far:

We'll get to know the mother. Cristin Milioti has been confirmed as a cast member for the entire season, and series co-creator Carter Bays has said that viewers will become "Much better" acquainted with her in Season 9.

Season 9 "will tell the epic story of the longest wedding weekend every," Bays said. The entire season will take place in one weekend - with flashbacks and flash-forwards.

"There's a time jump of some sort in every episode of this show, so you can rest assured the premiere will be no different," Bays said. "That being said, this next season in particular will feature some of the most non-linear episodes we've ever done."

We also know that Ted will be the last to meet the mother.

The final season will show "how each character, before Ted, meets the mother. So, they each meet her independently before he does," said CBS entertainment president Nina Tassler.

One more thing - the slap bet will be completed. Marshall still gets to slap Barney twice more, and we'll see them happen before the series ends.
