Melissa Rivers News: TV Star Joins Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski as Co-Host of 'Fashion Police'
Just before the famous 2015 MTV Video Music Awards kicks off, the hit fashion TV show that critiques celebrities' style on the Red Carpet, E!'s 'Fashion Police' is back and has a final list of panelists, some returning and some will be new to the eyes of the viewers.
Apparently, the show's executive producer, Melissa Rivers and daughter of the previous main host of the show, the late Joan Rivers who died in September, will be joining Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski as co-host in the show.
As Melissa had always been in the back of the cameras doing her phenomenal work as an executive producer, she is now finally permanently in front of the cameras joining the two other fashion experts for their fresh and reliable fashionable comments on celebrities fashion and style.
"As an executive producer since the beginning, Melissa helped shape Fashion Police into an iconic TV series that couples fashion with comedy," Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Programming and Development for E! explained in a press release.
"We are pleased to now also feature Melissa in front of the 'Fashion Police' cameras, as she joins returning panelists Giuliana and Brad. And with the added flavor of rotating panelists, the show will deliver fresh, different and unpredictable fashion reviews with each new episode," he added.
Melissa, who also had her share of a few episodes in front of the camera while her mother Joan was still on the show is quite excited that she will be permanently be part of the show on screen. "I'm very excited to be given the opportunity to continue to work with my E! and Fashion Police family," she said in a statement.
So it's official! Fashion Police will be returning despite its previous cancellation from the highly criticized tensed situation between Rancic, former host Kelly Osbourne and of course, the death of the iconic Joan Rivers.
