Megan Fox New Hair Color, Dyes Hair Red For 'Ninja Turtles' Role April O'Neil [PHOTOS]

Megan Fox hair color update! Hot red hair!

If Megan Fox is going to play April O'Neil in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, she's going to need some hot red hair. Apparently the former Transformers actress is getting into the role with a brand new hair color.

Fox was reportedly on set sporting a new hair color to please the TMNT fans. Though I'm sure Megan is perfect for the role, it's a little surprising she was chosen, given her past with the Transformers director Michael Bay. Fox went as far to compare the filmmaker to Adolph Hitler on set.

It seems the two have reconciled for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie reboot. Joining Fox, Will Arnett (Arrested Development) is also joining the TMNT cast, as well as Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, Noel Fisher, and Alan Ritchson.

Some Ninja Turtles fans have expressed a lack of faith in director Michael Bay's authenticity and devotion to the comic book.

"It's the ooze! It's from the original source material," says a reassuring Bay. "These are from the original writers, and I never went out to correct myself in the press. I do listen to the fans and I do want this to be authentic. I think they're going to be really happy with this movie. When I see the digital stuff, the turtles look great."

I'm excited for Megan Fox's new hair color and Michael Bay's direction. More importantly I want to see how the filmmakers handle the Turtles. Apparently it's some sort of live action/CGI hybrid. It will be interesting to see how the duo handle's the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.
