Mayweather (46-0, 26 KOs) will defend his WBC light middleweight, WBA (Super), WBC and The Ring welterweight championship belts against Maidana (35-4, 31 KOs) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena this weekend.

"I only got two more fights left and after the next two fights I just want to build the Mayweather Promotions brand," said 'Money' Mayweather, according to a CBS Sports report, "My next fight is in May and my last fight is in September, so a year from now will be my last fight. I'll still work with my stable of fighters, still build the Mayweather Promotions brand. We have young fighters that we work with."

Mayweather's upcoming opponent Maidana is confident that he will avenge the loss he suffered (in addition to the WBA [Super] welterweight title at the hands of the unbeaten pugilist on May 3, 2014) at the MGM Arena.

"I am ready to make history," said Maidana to reporters at the last press conference, according to a Boxing News 24 report, "I am very well prepared. I know him already. It's going to be a big advantage for me," said Maidana.

The 37-year-old Grand Rapids, Michigan native is rumored to finally fight Manny Pacquiao next year.

"As of right now, my focus is on Maidana," said Mayweather, "I can't focus on the other two fights after that. I have to focus on Maidana. After that we can't say who's the next two are going to be but I'm pretty sure the next two will be exciting fights."
