Singer Mariah Carey finally had time to squeeze in a little rest and relaxation time for herself, her twins, Moroccan and Monroe and apparently a new man in her life? Rumor has it, Carey dined with Australian Billionaire James Packer in Capri.

Carey sure has a great taste in choosing where to spend her vacation with her two kids. The trio went to the Italian island, Capri in style. The singer posted several photos of them including their arrival on the island with Carey wearing an elegant black long dress as she posed in front of the plane she rode in with her twins.

Afterwards, Carey was reportedly spotted having a romantic dinner with Packer without the twins. They were at the restaurant Mia D'Alessio which is where Carey usually visits whenever she's in Capri. The two were spotted to be quite cozy according to several reports.

"They seemed very happy, relaxed, at ease in each other's company," an eyewitness revealed to E! News. "She looked beautiful in her red dress," the eyewitness said describing the singer's attire for the night. The source continued describing even what dish Carey chose to eat with her rumored love interest.

"Carey opted for the "pizza dell'acqua," a very thin pizza with red hot peppers and mozzarella. She also enjoyed clams and zucchini fettuccini with a glass of red wine from the area. Carey's children were not in attendance for the dinner." The source continued.

Before dinner, Carey was reportedly spotted having a fun local shopping still with Packer. "They looked happy, relaxed, soaking in the summer air with their smiles and sunglasses," another eyewitness said adding, "They were both wearing beaming smiles on their faces."

So it may seem like Carey's rumored new found love is indeed making her happy. But nothing makes her more happy than her children. Carey had been posting several photos of her and her twins having the time of their lives in their grand vacation.

Whether it is with her daughter, enjoying the view or her son looking out on the clouds, Carey indeed treasured her moments with her little ones. The twins even had time to greet their dad, and Carey's ex-husband Nick Cannon a happy father's day which Carey posted as well on her Instagram page showing off their twins' artworks.
