Marc Anthony and Shannon de Lima Engaged Rumors: Singing and Girlfriend to Marry?

New reports are claiming that Latin singing superstar Marc Anthony is going to get married to his model girlfriend Shannon de Lima. However, the news has not been officially confirmed by the singer or his representatives.

Shannon de Lima and Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband have been in on-again-off-again relationship since 2012, and Marc Anthony finally took a huge leap and popped the question back in March, Us Magazine stated.

An insider when on to say that the wedding is scheduled in mid-November and will happen in the Dominican Republic.

Marc and Shannon started their relationship back in January 2012, six months after the music producer and singer broke up with Jennifer Lopez in June of 2011, but then split a year later.

The couple were rumored to be engaged after Shannon posted a photo on Instagram where she was spotted wearing a huge diamond ring in a photo while wearing swimwear and wrapping her arms around her beau - but the two have since been secretive and kept quiet about the news.

This marriage will not only mark Anthony's third time tying the knot, but will also add another kid to his already big family, de Lima's 7-year-old son Daniel from a previous relationship.

Marc Anthony is a father to 20-year old daughter Ariana with ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado.

He was also previously wed to Miss Universe Dayanara Torres for three years and has two children with her as well, Cristian, 13 and Ryan, 11.

Anthony is also already a father to twins Max and Emme, 6, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez. Lopez and Marc Anthony wed less than a week after Marc's divorce from Torres, and were married for seven years before separating in July 2011.

Meanwhile, ex-wife Jennifer Lopez revealed in September that she, too, is not afraid of getting married again, even after several failed marriages, according to E! Online.

"I still believe in love. The nirvana man, he's out there somewhere," she said optimistically in an interview with Elle U.K.

She emphasizes, "But you just have to work at it. You have to work at everything."
