Madonna New Album 2014 News: Christmas Gift to Fans Following 'Rebel Heart' Leak
Madonna is a U.S icon, not only for her singing, but also for her free-spirited nature. It's clear that Her tough, surprising nature is what draws and creates Madonna fans all over the world.
According to CNN, "Madonna has been a genius at reinventing herself."
On that note, the singer recently surprised fans when she released six new tracks in response to her 13th album being leaked online.
Madonna's new album, Rebel Heart, contained many unfinished versions of Madonna's new songs, and a few early mixes. Unfortunately, someone managed to get a hold of the celebrity's music and uploaded them on the Internet for free.
Instead of getting angry, the pop star queen tweeted "Happy early X-Mas!" and linked people to a website where they can purchase her new songs. Madonna's manager, on the other hand, was not as peaceful, and has asked the public to help him find those responsible.
Madonna was understandably upset when she first discovered that all of her hard work had been snatched from her. The pop sensation posted a photo of her iPod on Instagram, smashed on the ground, after she had discovered the leak of Rebel Heart.
To encapsulate the moment, Madonna wrote, "This broken ipod is a symbol of my broken heart! That my music has been stolen and leaked! I have been violated as a human and an artist!"
This is not the first time this has happened. In 2003, the singer had every song on her album, American Life, uploaded to the Internet prematurely. Perhaps experience helped the U.S icon respond in a way that was both inspirational and generous when Madonna posted tracks like "Devil Pray" and "Ghosttown" on iTunes for purchase.
Regardless, fans of the super popstar are happy that she is still making music and will fully support her as buy her new album.
