Los Angeles Kings vs. San Jose Sharks Live Stream Free: NHL 2014 Game Online (Roster News, TV Schedule)

The Los Angeles Kings faces the San Jose Sharks tonight at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

The game will start at 10:00 pm ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).

The Kings begins the 2014-2015 season by hosting their upcoming game versus the Sharks on Wednesday, as Los Angeles looks to build upon the success the team had this past NHL season.

The Kings won the 2014 Stanley Cup title after defeating the New York Rangers in five games this past season.

In Game 5, the Californian franchise won its second championship after King's Alec Martinez scored the series ending goal versus Rangers All-Star goalie Henrik Lundqvist in double overtime.

"I think some people talk about being satisfied after winning one, but personally ... it really makes you hungrier. You want to do it again," said Martinez to reporters.

"It's going to be a tough test, both physically and mentally, but I think we've got a good group in this room that know what to expect and have gone through it once or twice before."

The Sharks are looking to disrupt the Kings celebration tonight when the two Pacific division teams face off on Opening night.

Previously, the Sharks were eliminated by the Kings in the decisive Game 7 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals this past season.

"Joe, nothing bothers him," said Sharks' Marc-Edouard Vlasic to reporters in reference to his teammate Joe Thornton being stripped of his status as captain.

"But he's motivated more than ever to prove (people) wrong. When a C or an A gets taken away from you, I don't know how it feels, but maybe you've got something to prove. Joe's a guy that we believe in, and we need him to be his best and he is and he will be."
