Liverpool Transfer Rumors, News: Mario Baltolli All Set to Sign Up With the Reds
Liverpool is currently in talks with AC Milan's star striker Mario Balotelli's agent and is reportedly working on a deal to sign in the Italian professional footballer.
A recent report in Goal says that Mino Raiola, Balotelli's agent, who also represents several other top-notch footballers like Zlatan Ibrahmovic, has already flown to England with a view to assess the English Premier League club's keenness to get his client.
On the other hand, the Reds are also reported to be in talks with Milan, which is prepared to allow Balotelli to leave the club. Although Milan CEO Adriano Gallani had previously denied reports of negotiation with Liverpool, it is now clear that the club is willing to leave Balotelli permanently and not just on loan or lien, the official TV channel of the club reported.
It may be noted here that since the beginning of this Summer Liverpool manager, Brendan Rodgers, has always maintained that he will neither panic, nor be in haste to find a substitute for Luis Suarez, who left the club to join Barcelona for a little over €88 million.
Earlier, the club's move to acquire Loic Remy for €10 million did not work out, reportedly owing to medical issues. Meanwhile, rumors are rife that the club is also talking to the Monaco striker Radamel Falcao who is speculated to strengthen its bench. The Reds is willing to offer a £12 million package to get Falcao on loan.
Although it seems that Balotelli would be happy to stay with Milan and even Galliani is eager to retain him, the club owner Silvio Berlusconi reportedly wants go for the sale.
