"Praise & Arrows" is the soundtrack inspired by the 'Lion of War' book and its upcoming movie series, and is scheduled to release on May 6.

The 'Lion of War' series has grown its reader base exponentially. Best selling author Cliff Graham stated on numerous occasions that he and his team saw an incredible amount of "passion" for the way this series and this new "take" on King David has impacted lives.

"Praise and Arrows" volume 1 was written and created with many themes in mind. We wanted to portray King David the warrior, King David the poet, King David the flawed outcast, and King David in need of redemption. The best way to do that, it seemed, was to create a broad spectrum of music so that everyone who listens to the album would get at least something out of it depending on the musical style they prefer," Graham wrote on his Facebook page while promoting the new record.

The album is power packed with a diverse playlist of artists. Breathecast's first impression of the album is that producers and writers Adam Ritter, Aaron Rice, and Mark Drury, really captured the heart of the 'Lion of War' book series and brought together great original music of all different genres.

Graham stated on his on his promotional post that the "Praise & Arrows" album is a reference to the "Mighty Men battle cry found in the 'Lion of War' novels, "Praise to our God and arrows to the enemy!"

The musical piece features All Sons and Daughters, Audio Adrenaline, Stellar Kart, Hawk Nelson, Trip Lee, Pillar, Kevin Max, Jason Walker, Canon, Deraj, Jeannie Ortega, People of the Earth, Kerrie Roberts, Alisa Turner, and Jeremy Rosado.
