Liam Hemsworth Talks About Life After Miley Cyrus: "I Know the Truth"

Liam Hemsworth has finally broken his media silence after his split with ex-fiance and twerk extraordinaire Miley Cyrus. The Hunger Games star talked to the Associated Press about how his life took a turn for the worse and then for the better after he and Cyrus ended their engagement.

Hemsworth said, "These days I feel like I'm more centered and grounded than I've ever been. What I always keep in mind is that I know what the truth is and that's all that matters. I know I'm a good person."

Hemsworth, 23, is out celebrating the release of his hit new movie "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" in which he plays Jennifer Lawrence's character's love interest. "Being around someone like Jen, who is so honest and laughs all day long, I am forced to be in the right now. I'm much happier, " says Hemsworth.

The first couple years that Liam was in LA were scary, according to the young actor. He moved from Australia when he was 18 to pursue a career in acting. He says, "Over the last five years I've learned so much. The first few years in L.A. were really tough and scary, but I had to figure things out for myself."

He claims that he is able to live more in the moment now that he isn't with Miley Cyrus anymore. Do you think that Liam Hemsworth is better off with Cyrus? Let us know what you think in the comments!
