Let It Goat Game Cheats: Tips to Cheat Levels: Gem Collecting 101
Earlier this week, a game very similar to the popular hit app "Flappy Bird" came out on the iTunes store with the title, "Let it Goat!"
In Flappy Bird, players control a cartoon bird and navigate him through a maze of green pipes. Creator, Dong Nguyen, pulled it off the app store for becoming "too addictive."
"Let it Goat!" has the same premise, except, instead of a bird, a goat named Mounty navigates through levels similar to that of a Mario Bros. level. Players will have to direct Mounty through the stage without dying. Any high-scores can be shared with the world in a global ranking system.
In the short span of time after its release, it has already gained 5-stars on the app store rating and its two creators, Jack Johnson and Jack Gilinsky, have become overnight internet celebrities.
But with all hard games, there must be some tips and tricks to get through the level easier. There are only currently two tips and tricks conjured up by IGN and they are:
Gems are the currency of the game. Collecting them is optional but essential if one wants to buy items. Often in the level, gems are either located on the left or right side of a pit. If the gem is on the left side of the pit, players must jump at the last moment to get it. If it is on the right side of a pit, then it is advised to jump a little earlier to land on the gem itself.
Generally, timing jumps is the trick to getting through most of the levels. The game is infamous for baiting jumps out of players just to introduce an obstacle after landing. Sometimes, some pits only require players to simply let the goat drop to the pit and then jump right after to avoid any spikes strategically placed there by the developers.
