'Legends of Tomorrow' Cast, Premiere: Features the Return of Ra's al Ghul, Neal McDonough Comes Back

DC has come up again with a promising TV series coming soon on the CW network. With the Justice League and Suicide Squad all set for the big screen, "Legends of Tomorrow" aspires to make the same impact on TV.

Rip Hunter, played by Arthur Darvill, travels from the future back to the present time where he brings together a team of heroes and villains in a crucial attempt to stop Vandal Savage (played by Casper Crump) from annihilating the world and time itself.

According to Christian Post, the premiere of the new series from DC entitled "Legends of Tomorrow" will feature the return of Ra's al Ghul, played by Matt Nable. The character was included in the "Arrow" series and killed in the previous season.

Neal McDonough will be back to playing the role of Damien Darhk in this series according to Comic Book.com.

"I did an episode of 'Legends' last week. And I look exactly the same in 1975, but you [will] see he's not as confident and doesn't have such an agenda forty years ago as he does now. So it's fun to play the different times," he stated.

Cisco Ramon, played by Carlos Valdes, is also expected to take part in the new series. The 26-year-old actor teased that he will be showing a different take on his character in this particular series.

The show will feature different characters from "The Flash" and "Arrow" series including Firestorm (Victor Garber), The Atom (Brandon Routh), Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), Dominic Purcell as Heat Wave and many more.

"Legends of Tomorrow" will debut on January 21, 2016 on The CW Network.
