'Legend of Korra' Season 3 has been pulled out of its Friday lineup by Nickelodeon due to relatively lower TV ratings. The latest episode aired July 25, and fans have already begun to launch a campaign for its return to the network.

An online campaign posts a message by petitioners that insists that a children oriented network should be more cautious when cancelling a TV program, "Nickelodeon has failed to give the show and its creators [the] proper respect in the form of constant schedule changes, lack of a planned release date, leaking four episodes of Book 3 and failing to acknowledge the mistake, minimizing airtime, and more.

"Nickelodeon focuses more on its other shows and in the process fails to give The Legend of Korra the proper respect and glorification it deserves.

"Nickelodeon needs to respect the show, the crew behind it, and its large fan base by being more competent with release dates, airtime, handling, and scheduling," the statement read.

Fortunately for fans of the show who were disappointed at its removal from the line up can watch the remaining episodes online.

Creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko cleared that 'Legend of Korra' will be aired via Nick.com. Other online platforms that will allow users to watch the show are Amazon Instant and Hulu.

Fans can also watch Episodes one through five of the Season 3 for free on Nick's website.

'Legend of Korra' Season 3 continues with its Episode 9 "The Stakeout" on various online outlets.
