LeCrae BET Interview '106 & Park' on 'Making Music That Matters' Watch Here (VIDEO)

LeCrae sat down with BET music to talk about his music, his musical influences and how his faith works through his music. He shares that his sound is 'really organic' and 'honest'. (above is extra BET interview for LeCrae fans, below is the link to his newest BET interview)

"I want people to hear all aspects of life when they hear my music," he shares. "Music matters to me because it's a language."

LeCrae released his sixth studio album Gravity in 2012 and it debuted No. 3 on the Billboard 200 charts selling over 72,000 copies its first week. This made him the highest selling Christian hip-hop album in a first week ever. 

Gravity went on to win 'Best Gospel Album' at the 2013 Grammy Awards and he had this to say, "My ambition was just to make honest music and I really was not intending for it to be a traditional gospel music album or anything. I was just very honest about my spirituality."
