Rumors emerged as Glee star Lea Michele's Twitter account was hacked and posted a message saying that she was pregnant with a baby boy. The hype was quickly dispersed as Michele herself re-tweeted saying her profile had been hacked and the information posted was false.

"Before this gets out to the media, I would like to announce to my fans that I am pregnant #BabyBoy," the deleted tweet said. The hacker had somehow discovered the 27-year-old celebrity's password.

The timing of the fraudulent message matches the current events that are happening in Michele's life. Since the star has recently been confirmed to be in a relationship with lifestyle coach Matthew Paetz, the hacker found an opportune moment to play a joke. Other reasons why the Glee actress could have been hacked results in the link to Chris Colfer, who is also a cast member and was previously hacked as well.

The hacked twitter post announced Colfer's departure from the show, "Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly..." the twitter post said, to which the actor-singer discredited the post right away.

Michele posted another tweet in response to the hacking. "I was HACKED! Guess @chriscolfer and I should have known better then to make our passwords the names of our cats:)" Michele said.

Meanwhile, Colfer's representative denied the rumors linked to the actor as well, "It's not true. Chris is confirmed for the next season of Glee." The representative told E! News.

Michele had been in the spotlight since she stepped out with Paetz who has his own controversies surrounding him as well.

On a side note, the Glee star is busy with her work within the show and out. Her first studio album, Louder, which was released in March debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. She also released a lifestyle book called Lifestyle Ambition in May.

Some say that congratulations may be in order, but not because of a new baby, but because of the recent achievements that Michele has aspired to.
