'Last of Us: Remastered' Release Date, PS4 New Features, 60 FPS and Dialogue Changes

Videogame developer Naughty Dog has apparently brought some exciting new features to the table, as their PS4 version of 'Last of Us' is reported to showcase an entirely new gaming experience to the industry.

The PlayStation 4 edition of 'Last of Us' released in July and has since made visible all the new features that were added to the game. One of the greatest enhancements added to the already popular Sony title, is the changes to the lines of dialogue. Along with the altered graphical art, a new dialogue style changes the feel of the game for the better.

This version of the game has received raving reviews since its launch date, and for good reason too. The new edition took all the content of the original game and spliced in all the new features. Beyond the obvious graphical enhancement, the changes to the single-player and multi-player is what really has gamers talking.

Officially titled 'Last of Us: Remastered', the game features a native resolution of 1920x 1080p, and runs at 60 FPS instead of the original version's 30 frames per second.

Other changes to the game can be seen in the main characters themselves. Improved lighting and shadow work has Joel and Ellie looking realistic. Also, the lip sync during dialogue scenes was enhanced in terms of realism.

Fans have surely enjoyed playing the new version that takes Joel and Ellie on an adventure to survive bandits and zombies in the city.
