No, Lamar Odom doesn't believe he needs to go to rehab or get professional counseling, but husband of reality TV star Khloe Kardashian and NBA free agent and maintains he doesn't have a drug problem.

In a recently released obtained by the gossip website, TMZ a photographer asks Odom how he's doing. Odom says to his fans are worried about him not to worry.

"Nah, I'm good."

"So you don't have a drug problem?" the paparazzo yelled as Odom left a sushi restaurant in Studio City, Calif., with friends.

"No," Odom responds, adding that he doesn't think he needs counseling.

Recent reports in the tabloids claim Odom has addiction issues and has been going through some marital problems with Kardashian. On Aug. 30, Odom was arrested for DUI after being pulled over for driving too slowly on the freeway in San Fernando Valley. Rumors that he'd gone into drug addiction rehab on the Internet appear to be false, given he has been circulating through Los Angeles.

Neither Kardashian nor Odom's reps have yet to comment on the situation.

The paparazzo continue to ask Odom questions about his basketball career and his personal life, but Odom simply answers, "Life is good."

And as Odom's driver is about to drive off, the cameraman gets one last question in: "Have you spoken to Khloe, man?"

"Of course! That's my wife," Odom says.
