Lady Gaga 'Saturday Night Live' Nov 16, 2013 Confirmed Host & Musical Guest by SNL Twitter (VIDEO)

Lady Gaga is officially confirmed to host and perform as musical guest on Saturday Night Live for November 16th. 

The rumors have been swirling for weeks that Lady Gaga would host and perform on SNL this fall but Saturday Night Live twitter finally confirmed the news writing:

"Future Hosts & Music! Nov16 it's @ladygaga all night long & Nov23: @jhutch1992 hosts w/ music from @HAIMtheband! #SNLpic.twitter.com/rDnVXWb1qk"

"We repeat: @ladygaga will be the host & musical guest on Nov16! And @jhutch1992 will host & @HAIMtheband will be musical guest Nov23! #SNL"

Lady Gaga's third studio album ARTPOP will be released on Nov. 11, the week of her SNL performance. 

The 'Born This Way' singer has been on SNL twice before. She first rocked the SNL stage in 2009 with "Paparazzi" and a medley of singles from her debut album The Fame. She returned in '11 with "The Edge of Glory," "Judas" and "Born This Way" from Born This Way. Watch her performance of "Born this Way" on SNL below. 

Miley Cyrus pulled double duty as well last month (Oct. 5) while she hosted and performed on SNL to promote her record Bangerz.

Saturday Night Live's twitter also revealed that the host and musical guest for their Nov. 23 episode would be Catching Fire actor Josh Hutcherson will host with Haim performing.
