Lady Gaga 'Saturday Night Live' Host & Perform Fall 2013? 

Lady Gaga has been staying in the news with the release of her single "Applause" and her recent MTV VMA performance that turned a few heads. 

Now she is making some television news, Lady Gaga will reportedly make her third appearance on "Saturday Night Live" this upcoming season. This time though she will be pulling double duty. 

Gaga will make her first attempt at hosting NBC's SNL and being the musical guest all in the same night. 

Lady Gaga's first two SNL performances were in 2009 and 2011 with strong hosts being Ryan Reynolds and Justin Timberlake those weeks. 

Lady Gaga's new album ARTPOP will release on Nov 11th so fans would assume that the performance would be leading up to the release but no official word has been set on the date. 

Do you think Lady Gaga can be funny? She does seem to have the ability to poke fun at herself, so a few sketches like that could be funny. But to see her acting as a character and making everyone laugh, we will have to wait and see.

This Fall will kick off Season 39 of the long-standing live comedy "Saturday Night Live". Even though it has had several medicore years recently, it is still a staple of late night American television with the biggest names in music and entertainment stopping by.
