Kingdom Hearts 3 Release Date & KH 2.5 News: Square Enix to Launch New Game at Tokyo Game Show 2014?

Fans looking forward to "Kingdom Hearts 3" have good news in store for them as, Tai Yasue, co-creator of the action role-playing game developed by Square Enix, provided some details regarding the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 trailer, which was shown at the recently concluded E3.

An scene accompanying the 2.5 trailer is said to be the opening scene for "Kingdom Hearts 3". A Japanese magazine recently printed an exclusive interview with Yasue.

Recently when Yasue was asked about the reason behind recording the lines, which were added at the end of the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 trailer, he said, "Although the footage may change, KINGDOM HEARTS III will be about those words from the start of the game. It's a secret, but as for who is speaking, you may be able to pin down immediately from the figures seen."

Having said this, the characters that may be speaking these lines can now be limited to Mickey, Riku, Sora and/ or Vanitas. Although the entire Organization XIII flashes across the screen, no one is seen with his/ her hood down. Therefore, it is unlikely that Yasue is talking about them.

Speaking on the game's storyline, Yasue remarked, "I can't say for sure but a portion of it has been set in stone. When creating a KINGDOM HEARTS game, the storyline must usually be completely determined; how it will play and its system will be quickly developed simultaneously. New information is expected to be released soon as soon as we're ready. Please stay tuned!"

Meanwhile, various sources have stated that "Kingdom Hearts 3" is likely to make an appearance at the 2014 Tokyo Game Show.
