Celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are finally moving out of Kris Jenner's house in Calabasas, California after the two splurged $20 million on a nearby mansion.

The new property, located in Hidden Hills, California, is anyone's dream home, measuring more than three hectares with eight bedrooms, two swimming pools, and a private vineyard. Kim and Kanye are also currently in the works of renovating the residence of the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' matriarch amounting to $11 million.

According to Daily Mail UK, Kim wanted to transfer to a new house within her mother's vicinity so the latter can assume babysitting responsibilities for 13-month-old North when necessary.

A source told E! Online, "They wanted more land than the Bel-Air home, so they are flipping that and will have the two homes now. But they will sell that and move into Hidden Hills. It is way more private and secure with a whole security home above."

Hollywood Life reported that the house was built in 1981 and was originally priced at $21.95 million in April 2013, "The price of the home dropped a few times, until it was relisted with a higher price tag of $21.25 million in June. The property records do not show a sale transaction," the website wrote.

33-year-old Kim told media that she and husband Kanye are in the works towards a second baby, but the plan is currently put on hold due to busy schedules. The actress also admitted that it is "much more difficult to lose weight" especially after her first childbirth, so she intends to lose at least 20 pounds before the onset of her second pregnancy.
