'Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair' Release Date, Spoilers: Film To Feature Anime Sequence?

During the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con panel for Dynamite Entertainment, Quentin Tarantino announced that a new 'Kill Bill' film entitled 'Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair' will release in 2015, barring production snags.

According to Tarantino, the film originally had an extended cut of the anime back-story for O-Ren Ishii.

It was reported that Tarantino was closely working with the I.G. Production for the 30-minute anime sequence and was unfortunately told that it could not be completed in time for a 2014 release.

However, Tarantino told the press at Comic-Con, "later when I.G. heard we were talking about doing Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair-they still had the script so without even being commissioned, they just did it and paid for it themselves. It's really terrific. Anyway, The Weinstein Company and myself were talking about actually coming out with it sometime, not before the year is out, but within the next year with limited theatrical engagement as well."

'Kill Bill' fans might be disappointed to learn that the new film will not be as extensive as they had hoped, but it will surely be longer than the previous installments.

Also, fans can expect some interesting and new additions in terms of style in this film, such as the anime sequence.

Again, there is no exact release date, but as it stands, the movie is looking at the 2015 launch.
