Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Divorce: Reality Star to Split with NBA Free Agent Before Kim and Kanye's Wedding. Former Laker Sentenced to 36 Months Probation Following DUI Charge.

Is Khloe Kardashian going to divorce her husband Lamar Odom. Desptie rumors that the two have reconciled, reports indicate the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star is calling it quits with on-again off again basketball playing hubby Lamar Odom.

Though it has been hard to confirm it seems like the speculation that Odom had a drug habit and had been cheating are true. Being sentenced to 36 months probation after pleading no contest for a DUI charge, the former NBA player will be serving 3 months of alcohol-abuse rehabilitation.

With her sister's wedding with the ever-controversial Kanye West coming up Khloe is deciding to call it quits before his behavior ruins sis's big day according to a source close to the couple.

"Khloe doesn't want to be a wreck at the wedding, watching her sister and Kanye embark on their life long journey of love together while she's still in marriage that's going nowhere," the insider told HollywoodLife.com. "She wants to be in a good place mentally so that she can be there for Kim and at 100 percent.

"She [Khloe] loves her sister so much and doesn't want to have any negative energy or be in a bad place when she and Kanye marry each other," the source added.

Lamar Odom is currently a free agent.
