Kevin Ware Suits up for Louisville Cardinals As they Win NCAA Championship Tonight!

After all of the March Madness, the NCAA National Championship game is finally played tonight in Atlanta.

The Louisville Cardinals were a #1 seed to start the tournament and have made it all the way through.  Their biggest emotional setback came when Kevin Ware suffered a broken leg against the Duke Blue Devils in the Elite 8.  The injury was described by many as the most gruesome sports injury that had see in college sports and definitely in basketball.  The Michigan Wolverines were a #4 seed in the tournament and upset Syracuse in the Final Four on Saturday to make it to the Championship game.

Louisville was able to pull themselves together and power through Duke onto the Final Four where they had an inspired comeback versus the "cinderella" team of this years tournament, Wichita State.

Tonight as the Cardinals faced the Wolverines, the team got some inspiring news that injured player Kevin Ware would suit up for the game.  No, Ware was not going to pull a Superman because he healed over night, but the team wanted him to be able to dress and sit with the team on the sidelines.

Louisville, inspired by Kevin Ware, finished the job tonight winning the game 82-76 for the NCAA National Championship.

All Kevin Ware talks about since he broke his leg is for his team to bring home the Championship.  He does not want the focus on him but on the team and keeping their focus to win.  Ware says that he will be just fine and fully expects to rehab and play next season.
