Singer-songwriter Kelly Rowland has accidentally confirmed that she and her husband, Tim Witherspoon, are expecting a baby boy.

The Destiny's Child's former member has recently appeared in an interview with FOX411 where they discussed about the list of gifts their relatives have already purchased for the upcoming child. In a spur of the moment and probably because of the excitement, the 33-year-old singer accidentally revealed the sex of their unborn baby.

She was caught saying, "So far, everything has been good. I just feel like the baby is already rotten- like literally, my Caress family has gotten him all of his little bathing stuff, his toys- it's just so cool."

Upon realizing the use of the pronoun, Rowland then admitted, "It's a boy. It's a boy!"

Kelly later asked her publicist to inform her husband/manager of her blunder saying, "Can you please tell him that I spilled the beans?" "I'm sorry, baby"¦But yes, it's very exciting," she added.

Moreover, followers of the music icon on Instagram may have already picked up some morsels of hints as she was seen posting a picture showing two pairs of basketball shoes, one adult-sized and the other was small.

The soon-to-be first time mother married her longtime boyfriend last May 9. The ceremony took place in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and was attended by close friends and family. The guest list also included the names of her DC co-members Beyonce and Michelle Williams.
