Rumor has it that the two may have gotten back together. The DWTS pro recently posted a photo of him and Upton on Instagram, but quickly deleted it.

The image seemed to be snapped at the Tao Restaurant in New York. The image shows Upton, 21, smiling at Chmerkovskiy, 34 as she drapes her arm around his neck. The two dated for six months and were reported to have broken it off in the Tao Restaurant where the recent post took place.

Several people have shared the post before Chmerkovskiy thought to take the photo down. But it's too late, reports have once again shifted to Chmerkovskiy-Upton relationship rumors. With Upton back in the picture, reports now claim that there may be a love triangle between Chmerkovskiy's former girlfriend and his DWTS partner Davis.

A source from Ok! News recently claimed that the Olympic ice skater Davis had been secretly dating Chmerkovskiy, but found photos of Upton on the pro-dancer's phone, "Meryl found pics of Kate blowing kisses, and she freaked. Meryl was hoping what they shared was real. But Maks is known as a ladies' man," the source said.

So far, there are still no official statements from any of the involved parties regarding the rumors. The fans are just waiting for yet another clue of Chmerkovskiy's dating life. The star's social networking sites may be a good area to stay updated, as he was recently caught posting his former girlfriend's photo of them together.

It is unknown whether that are actually dating again, or Maksim is just teasing the media.
