Pregnant Kate Middleton does not shy away form showing off her growing baby bump in college. Her latest baby bump sighting was during a visit to a Manchester, England primary school famous for being set in the same neighborhood that acts as the setting for popular British television show, Shameless.

Kate Middleton and her royal baby bump visited the school April 23^rd to promote her new charity that focuses on families who suffer from drug abuse.

According to Telegraphy Kate Middleton delivered a rousing speech for students and faculty alike.

"The cycle of addiction needs to be broken. My hope is that through this specialist and targeted delivery of care, these children will have the best possible start in life - the one that they deserve.??"

Middleton has been in the tabloids since day one of her courtship with Prince William. Now Middleton taken is under fire for lack of baby weight through the first six months of her pregnancy. Many accuse the Duchess has limited her food intake to unhealthy extremes to avoid tarnishing the image of perfection the royal family pressures itself to maintain.

Compared to fellow prego stars, Kim Kardashian and Jessica Simpson, Middleton does seem a bit "mommy-rexic." Allegedly, it's Kate's genes that are responsible for her persevered petite figure. Regardless, Middleton is below the recommended amount of pregnancy weight gain. Health Canada recommends 25-35 pounds for women with a BMI higher than Kate's.

Personally I think the Duchess is beautiful, and would imagine Middleton has the best doctors and dieticians at her side to guide her through a healthy pregnancy.
