Kate Gosselin sues Jon Gosselin for Tell-All Book: Kate Gosselin, How she Fooled the World!

Kate Gosselin from reality TV series Jon and Kate Plus Eight is accusing her ex-husband and baby's daddy, Jon Gosselin of stealing her hard drive and hacking into her phone and computer in order to get "material" for his tell-all book. Jon Gosselin supposedly accessed emails, back accounts, and other private info, but that's not the kicker. The name of the tell-all book is titled "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

The book written by Jon Gosselin's friend and former business partner, was released in 2012, but later on pulled from the shelves 2 days later due to the information inside the book being obtained illegally.

Kate's lawyer A. Jordan Rushie released the following statement, "Jon violated a federal anti-hacking statute in order to publish salacious, scandalous and defamatory information about Kate, and it's damaged her reputation."

The lawsuit accuses Jon Gosselin of identity theft, wiretapping and invasion of privacy and seeks unspecified damages.

This isn't the first go around of legal troubles the couple has had since their divorce in 2009. Jon Gosselin has threatened to gain primary custody of his children because he felt Kate's appearance on "Dancing With the Stars" made her an absentee mother. Jon Gosselin's apartment was also broken into, his TV was stolen, couch had been slashed with a knife, and a note was left stuck to his dresser by a butcher knife. Kate Gosselin was sued by a marriage counselor for the cost of flying to California in 2009 to help mend the ex-couples relationship.
