KARI JOBE: 1st GRAMMY Nomination for “Where I Find You”

 

Kari Jobe fans are stoked to see she's been nominated for her first Grammy award. Her 2012 release "Where I Find You" has been nominated for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album. Jobe's second album "Where I Find You" was released in January on Sparrow Records.

Jobe has had an incredible 2012. She also went on tour with Winter Jam, released "The Acoustic Sessions" in July featuring versions of her most popular tunes. It went to number 1 on the iTunes Christian and Gospel album chart and stayed in the top 10 for weeks.

Jobe on her breakthrough year:

"I feel so incredibly blessed in this season. God is such a good giver of dreams and more than anything, I am so thankful that God is using my music to help people draw closer to the Lord. It is so precious to be a part of the Kingdom of God in this hour. I'm beyond honored."

"Where I Find You" was co-produced by legendary Christian producer Ed Cash who has collaborated with Chris Tomlin and Switchfoot among many others. Matt Bronleewe who has collaborated with Natalie Imbruglia also helped out on the production. "Where I Find You" reached number 1 on Billboard's National Christian, Gospel and Top 200 charts.

Kari Jobe also released a Christmas version of "Where I Find You" during the winter holidays and is went on tour with Warren Barfield to promote it.

She is currently gearing up for the Burning Lights Tour with Chris Tomlin.
