Kanye West and Kim Kardashian Sue Youtube Co-Founder Over Leaked Engagement Video

It has been all over media outlets everywhere that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are look to sue whoever released the footage of Kanye's engagement proposal to Kim.

Turns out, someone snitched and now we know it was YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley and Kimye have slapped that man with a lawsuit.

The lawsuit obtained by TMZ says that Hurley was plotting to use the footage as promo for his new project, "MixBit," and what better way to obtain hits to your site? Post the engagement of a Kardashian.

Kimye say that Hurley was desperate to find something that would pop online after his previous ventures failed following YouTube, which he sold for $1.65 billion.

Hurley wasn't even invited to Kimye's private affair; he just showed up to the arena and begged his way in. Kimye agreed to let him stay only after signing a confidentiality agreement, which he had to take a pic holding, and that is now attached to the lawsuit.

"Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else," is what the lawsuit reads.

Allegedly Hurley sent out tweets of a link (MixBit engagement video) where the footage could be viewed to his 1 million followers and he even sent out a press release to accompany the video.

It almost seems as if Hurley was asking to be sued. There is no say of the amount or types of damages Kimye are suing Hurley for, but if anyone thought that Kanye only proposed for the "Keeping up With The Kardashians" cameras, you're right!

In the lawsuit its specified that the footage was meant for the Kardashian reality TV show, "Keeping up With The Kardashians," Kanye has officially sold-out.

A man that is so adamant to be filmed, beats up paparazzi, and tells news outlets everywhere that North West is not America's baby, has his engagement filmed for a reality show? You all let that marinate.
