Even though Halloween is the next holiday on the list, Justin Bieber, 20, is more concerned about Christmas, as he is already making plans. He'd like to spend his winter holidays in the arms of 22-year old Selena Gomez. The two have had a tempestuous history and have only recently patched things up to the point of being on speaking terms again.

An anonymous source told Hollywood Life, "Justin misses the intimacy he shares with Selena and that is why he always wants her back. ... And Justin is looking into getting her back on a full-time basis as boyfriend-girlfriend by Christmas."

"He is obsessing over the fact to be with her by then and will do whatever is needed to get that achieved," Hollywood Life's source stated.

It seems that Ms. Gomez surely has young Mr. Bieber on her mind. Another rumor making the rounds has to do with his planned Halloween costume: He intends to dress up as... Selena Gomez.

Another rumor claims that Justin Bieber wants to do a "joint costume," which may mean that Selena Gomez will dress up as him for Halloween. His friends reportedly think that's a great idea.

An insider close to Justin told Hollywood Life, "Friends are telling Justin to go out for Halloween as Selena Gomez and to get her to go out with him they think she should dress up as him. They think it would be funny and cute and make a statement that he really likes her."

Where Selena Gomez is concerned, no gesture is too grand or weird for Justin Bieber. In order to impress her, he has done stuff like posting a video of himself singing a Michael Jackson song on Instagram and posting an inspirational quote that was very similar to something Selena herself had said when she hosted the We Day event in Vancouver.
