The Canadian pop star Justin Bieber claims that he does not comprehend what girls actually mean when they say something and, hence, he has come up with a new song titled "What Do You Mean." The song is a part of a new album that is supposedly slated for release on Aug. 28.

According to IB Times, the Canadian singer and song writer described the new song as "fun and summery," saying he really worked hard on it with another person named Poo Bear. Bieber, who often appeared in his casual best on the show, also discussed about his upcoming album. Talking to Seacrest, the singer said it will have songs that are "along the same lines" like his last hit single "Where Are U Now." He added, "It's really uplifting, clear, poppy, but cool."

At the same time, Bieber eulogized DJ Skrillex and Diplo, who join forces with him on "Where Are U Now." According to the singer, "The sounds are super expensive. Skrillex is a genius. He's super futuristic and I just love his sound." The "Baby" hitmaker went on to say that he is keyed up about his first album in three years, adding that his work is so new and fresh that he thinks "no one has done it before."

Bieber also talked about working hard and putting in plenty of effort for his new album. In fact, it has been a pattern with the signer to get extremely passionate with his work until he is able to deliver what is precisely on his mind. The "Where Are You Now" singer also discussed about his insecurities concerning his music, as he often questions if his work is "good enough" for his fans.

Although various reports claimed that "What Do You Mean" will be released on Aug. 28, Bieber himself has yet to make an announcement in this regard. He has also not announced the name of the upcoming album.
