Justin Bieber is rumored to soon being prosecuted for spitting on and threatening to kill his neighbor after receiving complaints for Bieber's reckless neighborhood driving.

According to TMZ, Bieber took out his Ferrari at 8 a.m. on March 26 for his usual 100 mph stroll around the neighborhood. Bieber's neighbor, successful businessman and father of 3, was fed up with the pop star's thoughtless behavior and decided to do something about it.

After approaching Bieber on his property, the neighbor yelled, "You can't drive like this!" in the morning. In true Bieber fashion, the 19-year old spit in his neighbor's face and responded with a couple expletives and a death threat.

The neighbor then filed a battery report, which law enforcement officials said will be reviewed by the L.A. Country District Attorney. The "spitting" incident isn't the only issue under review.

After bodyguards smashed cameras and cell phones of fans in a Vienna nightclub Saturday, Justin Bieber was banned. The club manage told the Austrian Times, "Justin Bieber is no longer welcome here."

TMZ reported law enforcement officials believe all of these types of issues are relevant because it highlights Bieber's pattern of disregard for the law, including speeding tickets, fights, threats, reckless driving, drug use and more.

On top of it all, Bieber also tried to take his pet monkey through customs at an airport in Germany on Thursday. Are we seeing the "Boyfriend" singer transitioning into Michael Jackson territory before our very eyes? God, I hope not.
