Justin Bieber News: Instagram Crashes After Bieber Discusses Selena Gomez, Christian Faith - 'God Loves You' (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

Justin Bieber has been growing up in the spotlight, and has been the center of attention from social media. Today was no exception as Instagram had an outage for almost an hour after fans replied to Bieber's Instagram messages and photos commenting on his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez and his faith.

"Most elegant princess in the world" wrote Bieber via Instagram in reference to Gomez and her wardrobe at an Academy Awards party last night.

In addition, Bieber also wrote on Instagram earlier today to his fans this morning.

"Good morning, god loves you," wrote Bieber earlier this morning to his devoted fans via Instagram.

Some of his fans replied on Instagram with the following messages:

"Awwww goodmorning (even though I'm late). God loves you too Justin♥ ;)" wrote lovemore17_ to Bieber via Instagram.

"Awwww," wrote justin_biebers_wife6 to Bieber via Instagram earlier today.

"*God CAPITAL G!," wrote rociosanjuan to Bieber via Instagram.

The Canadian pop star's mother Pattie Mallette has publicly said that Justin became a Christian at an early age. In 2010 Bieber said the following to the Associated Press:

"Hollywood is ... a scary place. There's a lot going on, there's a lot of bad things, but there's also a lot of good things. I'm able to live my dream, I'm able to do a lot of good things. Basically, I don't even consider religion. Like, I'm a Christian, I believe in God, I believe that Jesus died on a cross for my sins. I believe that I have a relationship and I'm able to talk to him and really, he's the reason I'm here, so I definitely have to remember that. As soon as I start forgetting, I've got to click back and be like, you know, this is why I'm here," stated Bieber.

Since then, Bieber's fame has sky rocketed. He has four number one albums on the Billboard top 200 in the United States, numerous awards, and a highly publicized romance with Disney star Selena Gomez.

The singer has had many controversial incidents and legal battles occur as of late. Photographers have taken pictures of him making obscene gestures on several different occasions. On one particular incident, he mooned fans on Instagram after splitting up with Selena Gomez. Then he nearly got into a fistfight with a British paparazzo after the photographer cursed at Bieber, and yet another time, he relieved himself in a restaurant mop bucket in New York.

In the Bieber's film "Believe," the pop star was stunned at film director John Chu's direct question on whether he is destined to become a pop-culture train wreck, reported USA Today.

"I'm not going to be stupid enough for that to happen," replied Bieber.
